Job Title: Technical Coordinator
Location : Halifax, NS
JD:
- To co-ordinate for intakes relating to patching, vulnerability requests from STOs, CMRI/Infra teams and Application teams.
- To co-ordinate with Prod support team once the test is successful in Dev/SIT environments
- Communication with the stakeholders / updates on patching request progress from intake till release deployment
- Able to review/do hands-on testing on the application
- QA and co-ordination background experience of 2+ years.
- Tech experience and SQL background would be an advantage.
- Good communication skills as 60% of the role is co-ordination oriented.
