Richter Trial Lawyers is a boutique litigation firm specializing in estate, family, and personal injury claims with important trial and appeal decisions. We offer unique professional development opportunities to develop as a trial lawyer. We are looking for a junior lawyer or articling student passionate about becoming a superior advocate.
Full-time position - and willing to consider a one-year contract
Experience/Qualification:
- 1 – 3 years of experience;
- Driven, high-energy, and personable;
- Independent, organized, and resourceful;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret laws, rulings ,and regulations for natural and juristic persons;
- Draft, review and manage wills, trusts, estates, contracts, and deeds;
- Manage and oversee paralegals and legal assistants.
