Position: U13 to U18 Competitive Team Head Coach

One of our mottos is "What best defines Elite Soccer is the environment our players develop in".

Brampton Elite Soccer Academy is an Ontario Soccer sanctioned academy that has been in operation since 2012 that has been
building a great reputation of strong player development through a unique player centric methodology that largely focuses on the
three key components of the game.

TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY + DISCIPLINE + GAME IQ
It is through that unique methodology that we have seen many of our athletes grow and carry our reputation of being a true high
performance player development environment we continue to promote and celebrate.

In fact, the Elite brand is currently being represented in multiple countries in Europe, but also here locally at TFC and university
teams. This same methodology is not the masterpiece of one person, but more so, of a team of great coaches that worked
together over time, to provide a progressive platform for all of our players to grow and develop.

WE ARE WHAT WE PREACH… Good, hard working, passionate futbol people that take great pride in the work we put in daily to
develop excellent players and persons.

As the game continuously to evolve and organizational changes occur, so will we. The academy is currently seeking ambitious
coaches eager and looking to be part of a new vision that is focused on developing the next generation of Canadian footballers.

• Organizations will restructure to align with the new strategic plan Canada Soccer is rolling out.
• The focus is shifting to raising the bar

• Most importantly, doors will open for the talented athletes to be visible and pursue football careers

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Understand and execute the Elite Player Development methodology and identity
2. Develop and implement seasonal plan for the assigned team(s)
3. Ability to design, lead and implement training sessions based on the Age Group Curriculum
4. Create and document all sessions plans using provided software.
5. Communicate with Age Group Pool Players/Parents throughout the year.
6. Attend all Club Educational Events: Classroom and Field. Attend all meetings with Technical team and other

HIRING QUALIFICATIONS

1. Minimum OSA Provincial ‘C’ License or international equivalent (preferred National ‘B’)
2. Understanding the OSA LTPD and how it affects player development planning
3. Strong interpersonal, communications (written and verbal) and presentation skills
4. Ability to relate to young players Minimum of 3 years coaching competitive players
5. Ability to work evenings and weekends
