As a VR Content Moderator, you will be an essential component of our client’s safety effort. We are looking for someone who can apply our guidelines with reference to nuanced and context-dependent policies in an evolving environment. You will make autonomous decisions against challenging issues of a potentially sensitive or business-critical nature

What will you do in this role?

As a Content Moderator on the Virtual Reality Team at Concentrix, you will:

  • Resolve technical issues
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; empathize and appreciate them and build true rapport; customers need to trust in our care.
  • Ensure content on social media pages are appropriate and safe
  • Ensure our clients’ customers enjoy authentic experiences
  • Attend and keep knowledge up to date with relevant changes and updates to procedures and documentation.
  • The ability to think beyond the standard or procedural, innovative solutions that continue the path ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • 6 Months Customer Service Experience
  • Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must be organized, have ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, possess critical reasoning skills, communicate effectively, and focused on customer service
  • Available to work a variety of shifts available
  • Background clearance
