Employment and Assistance Workers (EAWs) play an important role in the lives of British Columbians seeking income and disability assistance. The Service Delivery Division, in the Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction, provides services that help people build connections with supports and resources to secure their future.
As an EAW, you’ll join a team of client service superheroes working across the province, serving clients in person, online, and over the phone. EAWs determine eligibility for assistance, and deliver impactful decisions to citizens, sometimes in sensitive or crisis situations.
