We get to work with clients across North America and implement the Zoho platform, an inexpensive but extremely capable and extendable system. Zoho's flagship app, Zoho CRM, is the base for a host of solutions. The work is ever changing with a wide variety of clients from wineries to commercial window cleaners and the platform is our playground to create and provide "digital plumbing" that integrates and automates to achieve big things.

Position Type: Full Time, Remote

Description of Duties:

● Connect with new and existing clients as a primary point of contact / Account
Manager

● Engage with clients to design Zoho-based systems for sales, marketing and operations

● Customize and implement the Zoho platform for our Clients by customizing, creating reports, designing templates and creating automated workflows

● Plan out project deliverables as the system architect to be developed and implemented by the team

● Provide Client support via our helpdesk ticketing system to solve problems and provide support within SLA guidelines

Skills and Requirements:

● 2 - 3 Years CRM power user or admin experience (Zoho or Salesforce preferred)
● Experience with cloud based software / sales productivity tools
● Exceptional collaborator with strong communication skills
● Technical aptitude, ability to learn new technology quickly through self study and hands on experimentation
