Customer Service Administrator - Call Center (Remote)

We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic individuals to join our team at various locations around the GTA.

The Customer Service Administrator provides clerical and scheduling support to staff and management team of a company from outside of the office.

Job Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Receiving incoming and outgoing phone calls
  • Checking fax (receive reports & referrals, upload to eVision, and contact patients as required)
  • Following up on schedule appointment and reports
  • Cold recalls to schedule appointments for all clinics
  • Follow up with emails & voicemails
  • Update doctor schedule on eVision
  • Opening and closing available slots
  • Complete Contact Lens orders
  • Confirm delivery on direct shipment contact lens orders and closing the dispensary order on eVision
  • Update Contact Lens status inventory in on our eVision
  • Receive and verify Insurance Payments
  • In-office accounting ensuring balance and accuracy of financial records

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication & organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail)
  • Ability to work and learn in a fast paced environment
  • Experience in customer service
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Ability to speak Cantonese/Mandarin is an asset

Please note this role may require the candidate to work on Saturdays. Previous experience in administration, customer services is preferred, however all interested individuals are encouraged to apply.
