Customer Service Specialist - $25/HR - 100% remote (Ontario) - Temporary/Contract

Resolve customer sales and technical issues and act as a liaison between various functional units in the business to help resolve swiftly and with the highest degree of customer satisfaction, complex inquiries from customers. Assist the department manager with analytics and continuous improvement projects.

Responsible for:

• Collaborate with peers to proactively and reactively resolve customer inquiries such as exceeded credit limit, new customer account registration, account cancelation, changes in ownership, order modification, and tier 2 technical support.
• Resolve all customer inquiries in accordance with the service levels prescribed, leverage on company knowledge, training, and tools.
• Offer superior client experience on every interaction, meeting, or exceeding clients’ expectations.
• Assist customers with computer troubleshooting including internet connectivity issues, browser, email and software errors, etc. Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of end user applications.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in the development of recommendations for new approaches to enhance the customer experience.
• Participate in projects and duties as assigned by the Call Centre Manager

Qualifications required:

• Completion of College, University or Professional School, IT, Business Management, Finance, or similar.
• Overall Work Experience: 1-2 years in a Customer Service environment.
• Call center experience a strong asset
• Flexible to work 1 weekend every 3 months for only a 3 hour shift

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
