Customer Service Representative Job at Wild Rose REA Ltd.
Wild Rose Rural Electrification Association Ltd. (WRREA) is a not-for-profit member owned electrical utility provider. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Westlock, Alberta.
This is a full time Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM role.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Respond to Member inquiries made in person, over the phone or via email
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Processing Member utility account payments
- Organize, maintain and coordinate office records
- Cleaning
- Other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Common sense is a must
- High level of proficiency in MS Office
- Positive attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn
