We are currently looking for Leaders in the following areas:

• Deli Department Leader

Role Overview: Department and Assistant Department Leaders

• Expert in the company vision, mission, and core values
• Bring a positive attitude every day
• Work collaboratively with others within the store to achieve working relationships
• Establishes high standards and takes personal responsibility for the quality, accuracy and timeliness of work
• Creating and maintaining a great customer experience
• Ensure food safety and quality control of all products at all times
• Supporting the manager with inventory, waste control/management
• Ensure health and safety standards are executed
• Organizing special promotions, displays and events

Street Credentials:

• 1+ years of Leadership experience in grocery or retail-related field
• Loves working in a clean and well-maintained workplace environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Work well with others in a high-pressure environment
• Must have valid work authorization in Canada
• Must be available to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings
• Physical Requirements are required as a Leader in Fresh St. Market
