Currently, we have an opening for a Digital Health Associate. Together with our team of Healthtech enthusiasts, you will ensure operations behind our business, and learn specifications about the healthcare systems and industry itself while targeting mutual growth and development.

You will:

  • Develop a business planning program.
  • Build working relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver stellar results.

Develop a business planning program.

  • Prepare and drive internal and external engagement plan to ensure all partners are aligned to key objectives, plans, and milestones.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions built by Projile.
  • Conduct deep market, competitor, and user research for new ideas, meeting with customers and users.
  • Develop content for executive communications.
  • Document key operational attributes.

Build working relationships with clients.

  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional Amgen teams, as well as the digital health ecosystem, to understand their needs.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to find digital healthcare solutions that will address clinical needs and clinical requirements.
  • Generate insights through Ad Boards, roundtables, and one-to-one meetings.
  • Coordinate across the cross-functional team to analyze therapeutic area priorities, brand strategy, and external digital health environment.
  • Consult with relevant internal stakeholders to gather customer insights and needs.

Work on both collaborative and individual basis.

  • Manage cross-functional team meetings.
  • Identify, escalate, and monitor resolution of issues and action items.
  • Lead execution of cross-functional strategies in consultation with key stakeholders.
  • Drive successful and timely completion of cross-functional deliverables.
  • Drive effective decision making within the team, including communication of decisions to appropriate stakeholders.

Requirements

  • MS/BS degree in Digital Health and/or Project Management, or in other relevant fields.
  • Proven ability to translate scientific or technical understanding into practical application.
  • Demonstrated success in scientific and/or technology communications.
  • Experience in the development and delivery of communication tools, such as slide decks, education materials.
  • Experience developing and executing (and improving if needed) complex processes.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, ability to use work process, briefing, and spreadsheet software.
  • Results-oriented.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Fluency in English.
