Goodness Me! is now hiring a full time Digital Services and Support Analyst for our Digital Support Services team!
Your Day-to-Day:
As a Digital Services & Support Analyst, your role will include but is not limited to:
- Logging and processing technical support calls
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance and upgrades
- Managing accounts for staff, ensuring that they know how to log in and use the applications
- Talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of any problems they encounter
- Responding to breakdowns including travelling to business sites to address the issues
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
- Support of the user applications to support business process
- Repairing equipment and replacing parts
- Data entry of retail master data
- Regular analysis of data entry processes
- Audits of current state of master-data across the organization
- Training and onboarding of new associates to the data governance principles
- 2 + years of post-secondary program including completion of computer technical course
- 1+ year work experience in a Service or Help Desk environment
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage multiple projects with a broad workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to sit, stand and operate office equipment
- Comfortable using tools and to perform occasional lift work at height
- Willingness to work unsociable hours to cover business operating hours support or maintenance
- Understanding of databases, data-design and data-entry processes and techniques
- Ability to triage and read-between the lines of IT support and data-entry requests
