The Event Coordinator & Operations Assistant is responsible for developing new relationships and maintaining existing client’s accounts. He/she enjoys working in a fast paced, growing business with the opportunity for advancement.
Each day is different than the last, so you are the kind of person who is flexible to spend a day corresponding and communication via email and phone in the office and the next one offsite, delivering and setting up events on location.
You are punctual and reliable with a strong work ethics and determination to do whatever it takes. You are available to work days, evenings, weekends and evening to execute events.
Tasks:
-Use Microsoft Outlook to correspond by email with clients
-Provide outstanding customer service with main activities including answering incoming calls, emails, and direct responses to inquires
-Organize and plan all details in regards to the day of wedding
-Will organize and detail the chapel with clients
Skills and Attributes:
-Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
-outgoing, friendly, positive personality
-MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word), good typing and general computer skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00 per year
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
