Executive Assistant Job at Goldentrust Group
- Provide a wide variety of senior administrative support to our Director.
- Actively handle, schedule and coordinate the work and workday; identify and indicate items requiring urgent action and prioritize other matters, including material preparation.
- Develop and manage the schedule daily, including travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and arranging conference calls.
- Coordinate with internal employees and external clients for meetings, conference calls, and special events.
- Maintain departmental daily operational workflow, including coordinating responses to both internal and external inquiries/requests.
