Our company is looking for an Executive Assistant to help run our two companies: Sankoff Criminal Law and Criminal Defence Essentials. We are looking for someone creative and dynamic, who can assist our founder in helping the business grow.
Some understanding of the criminal justice system is preferred, and having trained as a legal assistant is an asset.
Ideally, this job would appeal to someone who has worked for awhile as a legal assistant or paralegal but wants to branch out into something new.

- Identify issues and formulate solutions.
- Manage calendars and schedules.
- Organize documents, paperwork, and projects.
- Create and maintain databases of contact information.
- Use word processing programs.
- Demonstrate effective communication (writing) skills
- Experience with Powerpoint or Keynote
- Experience with Canva
- Strength in design is an asset
A university degree is preferred.
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: $43,248.99-$65,000.00 per year
