About our client and role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant (to CEO- one of our clients) who has the willingness to tackle whatever comes their way with great management skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to work as a team. This is a high growth opportunity for a motivated individual who is highly organized. You will be working as an assistant and special projects coordinator for a CEO who runs multiple businesses. Your responsibilities will range from managing the CEO's calendars/emails to assisting in organizing events and more.
This is a semi remote position, where you will be required to meet in-person at various offices across Toronto especially Downtown Toronto as and when required.

- 3 Years + Experience (Specific experience in EA space is not mandatory, but will be preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, reports, and internal correspondence.
- Keeping the CEO’s calendar up-to-date, including adding events, rescheduling appointments and providing daily briefings
- Conducting research and creating reports on various topics based on the needs of the executive
- Network and relationship management on behalf of the CEO Assisting on special projects through strategy and execution support eg. hiring, events, new initiatives
- Maintaining a high degree of discretion and confidentiality on all matters
