QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous barista experience is not a must, but will definitely help!
• Experience in a high-end, fast-paced environment.
• Able to work cooperatively in a team environment.
• Guest-focused with a passion for ensuring guests' dining experience is exceeded.
• Familiarity or restaurant POS systems; preferably Micros Symphony.
• Excellent oral communication and effective interpersonal skills.
• ProServe Certification.
