Vous devez être bilingue anglais et français et être confortable à écrire des phrases courtes et simple avec peu out pas d'erreurs dans les deux langues. La majorité des messages ont un modèle à modifier selon le contexte du refus ou la demande d'information pour les applications incomplets.

Être à l'aise de parler avec les clients aux téléphone est un atout.

ENGLISH DESCRIPTION

Apollo Client Services offers alternative banking to customers across Canada.

We are looking for a financial analyst who will determine whether a client can be approved or denied service.

The task requires you review bank statements to determine a clients ability to meet their payment obligations.

There is extensive training with clear criteria as well as helpful tools to guide you.

You must be comfortable using a keyboard and mouse combination and have no issues focusing.

You must be bilingual English and French with the bar being able to write simple sentences with little to no grammatical errors. Most messages are pre written and require a little tweaking to suit the context of refusal, or the request for more information when applications are incomplete.

Being comfortable speaking to clients over the phone is a plus, though not mandatory.
