Flight Follower and Charter Coordinator Job at SKYCARE AIR AMBULANCE
SkyCare Air Ambulance currently has an opening on our team for a full-time Flight Follower and Charter Coordinator. SkyCare is a fun, growing and dynamic Air Ambulance/Air Charter Service based in Sioux Lookout, Ontario that provides exceptional air charter and medevac services across Canada and the United States with a focus on Ontario and Manitoba.
The Flight Follower and Charter Coordinator is a fast-paced, office-based position that requires an individual who is energetic, flexible, and extremely customer service orientated. This position will report to the Charter Manager but closely work with other senior managers. A standard work week will be 40 hours Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm, though longer hours may be required when necessary.
Qualifications:
· Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent
· Experience using Microsoft Office
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Ability to adapt to changing circumstances on a continual basis
· Adaptability and able to follow set guidelines and processes
· Self-motivated and able to work independently
· Previous aviation industry experience is an asset, but training is available

Compensation: Hourly rate commensurate with education and experience.
