Requirements
· Excellent proficiency in English and one or more languages
· Successful completion of ILSAT, CILISAT or other language certification program; or minimum 60 hours of Interpreter Training – LITP Graduates preferred
· Strong listening and communication skills
· Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills
· Professional attitude and excellent work ethic
· Disciplined approach to arriving on time and completing reporting activities
· Must be 18 years of age or older, located in Canada and eligible to work in Canada
· Post-secondary education
