Front Desk Receptionist / Sales Associate

We’re looking for a Front Desk Receptionist / Sales Associate to join our team. Flxme Inc. opened in 2018. We offer a convenient, customized, feel good way to improve our clients’ health through one-on-one assisted stretch sessions.
SHIFT AVAILABLE:
- Fridays mornings, occasional other shifts
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet clients promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the studio
- Conduct follow up calls
- Book and check clients in and out for appointments.
- Process accurate cash and credit card transactions
- Respond to client requests, inquires, and concerns.
- Work closely with our stretch therapists
- Ensure studio is clean and tidy
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year customer service or sales experience
- Excellent phone and computer skills
- Health & wellness background preferred
