Full Time Dental Receptionist/ 30-40 hrs/Week Job at WORKFORCE Dental Staffing Solutions
This well-established office in North Vancouver is looking for a full time dental receptionist to join their close-knit team. The office has 4 dentists, 2 hygienists and about 8 staff members. This is a very busy office with general dentistry, Invisalign and implant surgeries. A reliable, punctual and team orientated receptionist would be a great fit.1+ years of experience would be an asset but new grads with 3 months + of experience are also welcome to apply.

Permanent, starting immediately
Schedule:
Expected availability: 30- 40 hours per week. Evenings will be required on Tuesday from 12 to 8pm and Thursdays, 10am to 6pm. Saturdays 9am to 3pm (the office closed on Stat weekends)
Compensation:
- 22/hr - 30/hr depending on the experience of the candidate.
- Medical and Dental will be offered after probationary period
- Parking Pass will be provided if the candidate drives to work
- Ideal candidate will have 1+ years experience or a minimum of 3 months + of experience
- duties include but are not limited to: front desk reception, scheduling, treatment planning (insurance pre-auths/approvals); working on pending/waiting appointments, answering the phones, emails, SMS and insurance audits
- Experience with TRACKER 11 is required
