Commercial G Drivers needed immediatley in Ottawa
$20.50/hr
Monday to Friday, 5am - 7:30am start time to approximately 3:30pm - 5:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Drive 3 tonne vehicle to deliver pharmaceutical freight to assigned stops within Ottawa and surrounding areas
- Deliver freight in good condition and within schedule time (40+ deliveries daily)
- Use of handheld device to scan documents and freight
- Load and unload freight in proper sequence with the use of dolly and/or pallet truck (lift up to 70 lbs)
- Complete necessary paperwork accurately
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year commercial G driving experience
- Recent clean driver's abstract and CVOR
- Courier or LTL experience an asset
- Willing and able to do physical labour - lifting up to 70 lbs
