General Labourer Job at Merit Paper Company
Merit Paper Company is recruiting dynamic self starters that are required immediately. Currently hiring for roll wrapping, machine operator trainee, and general labour positions. Some lifting is required. Quality workmanship is extremely important and you must be fully able to accurately read a tape measure. Must be reliable and punctual. Must be physically capable of standing, bending, lifting and twisting.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset. Good interpersonal, communication and written skills required. Safety and quality mindset required. Excellent ability to read and understand specifications required. Previous forklift experience is an asset.
Training will be provided to the successful applicants. Must have own safety shoes and be flexible to assume any duties within the shop during this training period and beyond. This is a good opportunity to develop new skills.
40 hour work week.
Must be available to start immediately.
