Sparwood Hose & Fittings Ltd. is looking for a full time Labourer/Hydraulic Hose Technician. Experience is an asset but not required. Individuals will be required to learn our parts numbering system and be able to accurately identify parts such as: hose fittings, adapters, quick couplers, hydraulic and industrial hoses, clamps and more. Individual must be able to ask the right questions in order to identify each customer needs, then record the part numbers and details required on the order sheet and proceed to build the assembly and process payment accordingly. The right candidate must be able to meet tight deadlines and be able to work at a fast pace without sacrificing quality of workmanship or attention to detail. Individual must: * be able to bend, lift heavy loads, walk and stand for long periods of time. * be able to use a computer proficiently and quickly. * Customer Services skills are a definite must. Experience in the use of equipment such as hose saws and crimpers, along with various other machines. (Training is provided). Previous Forklift operation is considered an asset. After hours and weekend on call will be required. Rate of pay is $25 per hour to start. Please provide references.
