Role Summary
Scheduling & Operations Associate will manage the scheduling of HHR for a Long-Term Care Home. The incumbent will work closely with the healthcare facilities schedulers and the CHL contractors to manage the line list/schedule and verify hours worked.
Evening and Weekend availability required.
Reporting Structure
This role will report to the Account Manager/Director and/or other Senior Executive Team members/designates.
Critical Accountabilities
- Maintaining the line list, managing communications (calls, emails, texts) between the CHL HHR and the Healthcare centre
- Answering requests for shift changes, sick calls, missed attendance, finding replacements when needed
- Notifying management if there are any trends in issues, as well as changes in hours on line list for reporting
- Responding to general enquiries and coordinating
- Ensure excellent customer service and provide warm & friendly experience to HHRs over telephone handling
- Demonstrate ability to organise, prioritise and follow-through effectively, working at a fast pace in an unpredictable environment that requires the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a team environment with frequent interruptions
Qualification & Experience
- Relevant experience scheduling is preferred
- Organizational skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Strong Organizational & Interpersonal skills as well as professional attitude towards assisting internal and/or external customers
Note: This role is in a virtual team environment and the role holder will need to have open availability. Evening and Weekend availability may be required from time to time.
Compensation
- Compensation Is based on experience and qualifications
- Generous base + incentive options
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $22.00-$27.50 per hour
