If you’re a heavy-duty equipment mechanic, hydraulic mechanic, automotive mechanic, marine mechanic, crane mechanic, elevator mechanic, hydraulic technician or millwright with a few years of experience we want you to join Falcon Equipment! We are looking to fill roles at all of our branches across Western Canada (Winnipeg, MB, Regina, SK, Edmonton, AB, Surrey, BC, Nanaimo, BC and Victoria, BC). Relocation packages available.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Installing and assembling equipment
• Performing maintenance, repairs and testing on our customers’ various types of equipment focusing on truck-mounted cranes, snow and ice, and rail equipment
• Performing other duties as required

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of related experience with heavy equipment installations and/or maintenance
• Their Red Seal Certification as a Heavy Duty Equipment Technician / Mechanic
• OR will be in their 3rd or 4th year of their apprenticeship with related heavy equipment experience
• OR a combination of related education and work experience
• Solid mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot problems and read schematics
• The ability to maneuver in and around heavy equipment
• The ability to work independently
• Your own tools
• Hydraulic and electrical experience and knowledge is a definite asset
• Welding experience is a definite asset
