The heliski host will work our of our Pemberton office on transfer days to hosts guests as they transfer to and from the lodge. The specific transfer dates are listed below.

March 3, 8, 10, 13, 15, 17, 18, 20, 23, 24, 28, 31

April 5, 14, 21, 28

HOURS:

Seasonal, Part-time 10:30am- 3:00pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Act as a company ambassador on winter transfer days ensuring all aspects of the transfer run smoothly
- Daily communications with Logistics & Transportation Coordinator
- Number one point of contact for transfer related issues for Pemberton location
- Pick-up food & beverage at Pemberton location
- Check registration cards and waivers
- Ensure smooth transfers
- Prepare and distribute luggage tags
- Ensure luggage is correctly loaded into the correct transfer (heli or ground)
- Serve lunch and beverages to guests
- Snow removal outside Pemberton office
- Present at Pemberton office for all winter transfer days
- Office cleaning duties on transfer days including: sanitizing, dishes, vacuuming, mopping, restocking beverages, and removal of garbage and recycling

QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

- Ability to communicate verbally, answering questions and concerns in advance of guest arrival
- Fun and personable, while remaining extremely professional
- Passionate about skiing/snowboarding and adventure tourism
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication; additional language skills an asset
- Must be able to work in a fast-past environment, have good time management skills and excellent attention to detail

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

- Will be required to be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Will be required to lift, bend and reach

Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
