Human Resources Manager Job at Stanford International College
Stanford International College is looking to hire a Human Resources Manager to provide support to our HR department in HR Policy & Procedures development.
You will be require to shape the work and employee policies, work on development of company policies and strategies that help create and build a better and work environment for all employees.
Qualifications:
To effectively perform the duties of a human resources manager, individuals must be able to demonstrate a number of competencies that are essential to the position, which include:
· Masters degree in Human Resources or related (essential).
· 5 year of experience in the HR field (essential).
· CHRL Certification (essential)
· Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
· Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
· Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
· Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
· Strong problem-solving skills.
· Meticulous attention to detail.

Salary: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
