IELTS Test Day Invigilator/ Proctor Job at IELTS Test Venue
We provide high-stakes English language proficiency testing for the International English Language Testing System at locations across the Atlantic provinces.
We are looking for a highly professional Invigilator to administer IELTS testing at our Charlottetown, PE test venue.
Duties:
Setting up test rooms and equipment at the venue
Checking in and out test-takers’ personal belongings
Checking in test-takers using IELTS processes
Maintaining a standardized testing environment while adhering to stringent policy and procedure
Administering and invigilating tests
Cleaning up after tests
Other duties as required
Requirements:
Awareness of high-stakes testing, including IELTS
Experience in the education sector is an asset
Availability on Saturdays is a must
Superior customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, punctuality, and professionalism
Ability to work under examination conditions with respect for confidentiality and secure information
Ability to work as part of a team required
Experience with exam invigilation is an asset * A valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle is an asset * Valid First Aid certification is an asset
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Weekend availability
COVID-19 considerations:
All staff and test takers are required to wear masks at all times and provide proof of double vaccination. Staff are required to do additional cleaning as per safety measures.

- Invigilation: 2 years (preferred)
