This is a remote position, and the candidate must have a reliable internet connection.

Reporting to the Director of Lending and Credit, the Funding Analyst will perform the following responsibilities and undertake these responsibilities in a professional manner:

• Act in response to general inquiries.
• Review and verify accuracy of collateral details, borrower income requirements, credit strength and all other pertinent loan documentation and information.
• Follow-up with dealers through Dealer Track.
• Underwrite loan applications, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Calculate TDSR (Total Debt Service Ratio).
• Prepare loan and income documents.
• Maintain the filing system with both electronic and paper copy documents.
• Provide vehicle comparable value.
• Train and mentor new team members.
• Additional administrative duties as assigned.

Team Relations:

• Provide support and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Collaborate and engage with other members of the team.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of two years of relevant work experience or, post-secondary education in related field of study or, equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working with Small/Medium Businesses.
• Technical proficiency gained through education and/or work experience.
• Good verbal & written communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to be data driven when it comes to decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.

Compensation Perks & Opportunities:

• Annual salary range: $50,000 - $55,000.
