Hours - 9am - 5pm
Pay Rate - $19/hr.

What you will be doing:
- Sorts and processes incoming insurance mail
- Responds to incoming calls from clients and/or their insurance representatives
- Makes outgoing calls to clients and/or their insurance representatives to obtain details of insurance coverage
- Accurately document client or insurance representative’s comments and actions taken in customer's electronic file
- Responds to requests from other departments in a timely and efficient manner
- The ability to work in a high-volume environment with accuracy and attention to detail
- Works well as part of a team to ensure department targets
- Adheres to corporate policies and department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Uses various software programs proficiently What you bring:
- Minimum high school diploma
- Excellent computer skills, especially Word, Excel
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary: $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
