THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The Interior Designer will work through design phases of the projects from inception to completion focused in the high-end residential, hospitality and multi-family residential space. This individual will be able to work with a team of designers on developing concise project details to bring projects through to construction phase while working directly with the team to assess needs and changes as necessary. With strong experience and background in the industry, this role will be a strong member of the team and will develop design aspects of hospitality, hotel, residential and multi-family projects. With a collaborative and communicative structure, open concept, and award-winning design details this individual will be a part of a dynamic and innovative team that is growing and developing. This role will have opportunity to grow and move forward in the company to more senior and leadership level positions like Senior Interior Designer as your career progresses.
This candidate will have the following aspects;
- B. Interior Design, Architecture (Interior)
- Minimum 5+ years' experience as an Interior Designer within the commercial sector
- Excellent technical knowledge and design experience within the industry with experience working in a consulting environment
- Expert command of SketchUp
- Detailed approach to Interior Design with an entrepreneurial mindset in developing a team and leading projects forward through to completion
- Proven experience leading and managing projects from concept to completion
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Excellent, entrepreneurial company with a strong collaborative team and amazing reputation in the industry
