We are looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us grow our team!

This is you:

• Lead by example and drive the understanding that collaboration with others is needed to achieve goals
• Strong communicator who is passionate and articulate, never afraid to speak your mind

• Technically proficient and create best practices to drive efficiency in your team
• Disciplined about the Hiring/Interviewing process: setting/hitting goals every day and ensuring high level of productivity.

This is what you’ll be responsible for day-to-day:

• Screening resumes and assessing candidate’s skillset and fit for the role.
• Engage candidates in exploratory conversations to flush out their motivations and values.
• Book in-person and virtual interviews for managers across the British Columbia & Alaska.
• Enter data into the ADP (applicant tracking system) accurately and timely fashion.
• Communicate to candidates and hiring managers regarding interviews.
• Communicate with candidates on where they stand during the recruitment process.
