Summer Recreational Coaches
The Kleinburg Nobleton Soccer Club has opportunities for young coaches to assist with coaching recreational
teams, events and other projects throughout our Outdoor 2022 season! This is a great opportunity for those
who would like to commence their coaching journey in a positive and fun environment!
Responsibilities:
- Coach U3-U6 squads and/or U8-U12 teams
- Lead training sessions in accordance with KNSC practice session plans
- Create fun and positive environment for all participants
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children and young adults is preferred.
- Previous soccer experience (playing/coaching) is considered an asset.
- Grassroots coaching certifications: Active Start/Fundamentals/Learn to Train
- Independent transportation (preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate effectively with young children
- Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
Work Schedule:
All positions are required to be available to work Monday - Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.
- Part time (15 hours/week)
- Full time opportunities (30-35 hours/week)
Coach development training will be provided by KNSC Technical Staff. We have a limited number of
opportunities, so apply a.s.a.p. to secure your summer employment!
