Every day is different at Odds 'N Ends Property Maintenance

Our Maintenance Crews, which includes:

• Weekly lawn maintenance
• Edging
• Debris Clean up
• Fertilizer/weed control programs
• Garden Edging
• Mulch
• Trimming

Winter Months:

• snow removal
• truck operator
• hand shovel
• snow blower
• salt application

We service the Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, Elmira, Breslau, Baden, New Hamburg & Stratford areas.

You need to love working outdoors, & getting up early, enjoy physical labour, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation to and from shop in Petersburg, ON, have a great attitude, willingness to learn, take pride in what you do.

Wages are based upon experience & work ethic. $18.00-$22.00/hour, Monday to Friday. Approximately 35 - 45 hours per week.

Company paid benefits after one year of employment with the company

Job Duties:

• Minimum 1 years experience in lawncare
• Experience in general grounds keeping including but not limited to: cutting, trimming, maintaining flower beds, planting, sodding, turf management, etc.
• Able to operate basic lawncare equipment including but not limited to: mowers, tractors, sod cutters, pruning saws, etc.
• Able to perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment by conducting inspections, lubricating, and cleaning daily
• A willingness to learn, demonstrated initiative, ability to make decisions based on sound judgment
• Ability to drive a truck and trailer
• Valid Drivers license and reliable transportation to and from the shop
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, climb, bend, dig, etc.
• Comply with all company policies, regulations and health and safety requirement

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
