Job Responsibilities:
Responsabilities and tasks:
-Review , analyse and draft real estate purchase agreements , leases , and other legal documents
-Point out legal issues related to transactions and bank financing
-Review bank financing documents
-Attend and participate in real estate closings , meetings , sites, events as required.
-Research on zoning and land use and regulations.
-Create all excel sheets /diagrams /company directory/lists/templates etc
-City communication if required , permits and research
-Stay current with the new laws and regulations
-Provide Administrative support including scheduling important appointments , maintaining calendars.
-Manage communications including responding to emails , requests and phone calls.
-Maintaining all legal documents , files and emails records organized and up to date.
-run errands, mail letters, send registered letters
Qualifications:
-Excellent verbal and written skills in both Englihs and French
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment
-Experienced in real estate
-Organization skill required

Qualifications: must be fluently bilingual, must have experience in administration, learns quickly , organized, reliable, honest , must be extremely familiar with Microsoft office, excel word and more, must be able to multi task .
