Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the basic principles of food preparation, various cooking methods, and food safety regulations
• Experience as a prep cook or line cook is preferred
• Warm and welcoming personality
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Can prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Ability to work different shifts including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Most importantly, the willingness and enthusiasm for continual learning and development.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food products
• Team member training and coaching to achieve operational standards
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work station
• Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
• Handling customer service inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
• Embrace and champion the use of real ingredients to produce real food
