F/T Owner-Operator Linehaul Driver – Cranbrook based
Welcome to Claddagh Services Ltd. We are a privately owned and operated tractor service company specializing in highway and local dispatches for such esteemed companies as Clark Freightways. Service is the core business, and it is through our people that we meet our customer's expectations.
Presently, we are looking to recruit professional owner/operators with reliable equipment for our Line Haul division to complete Terminal to Terminal highway trips from Cranbrook to Coquitlam. Candidates must be domiciled in Cranbrook area. Regular route, alternating 2 trips one week, 3 trips the next week.
No proof of vaccination required, No cross border runs.
Requirements:
Class 1 license, line haul experience and a presentable driver’s abstract.
Competent in English, both spoken and written.
Professional, mature attitude.
Mountain and winter driving experience is mandatory.
Tractor 10 years old or newer with legal sleeper berth.
We offer a competitive mileage and work time rate.
Competitive mileage rate
$0.45 fuel cap.
Extra $0.10 per mile for Highway 3
Paid work time for pre-trips, post-trips, chain-up, wait time
Paid work time rate $46.00 per hour
Company fuel card provided
Paid twice a month, with an additional monthly advance.
