Huron Shores Property Management, a leading condominium management company overseeing condominium corporations and townhome associations in Southwestern Ontario, seeks a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently on various maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion of work orders and maintaining excellent communication with Property Managers and Supervisors.

What will your SPECIFIC duties be?

• Independently work on the scheduled repair and small renovation projects with little supervision; collaborate with other facility workers for larger repairs as needed.
• Receive and manage 6-10 work orders daily, ensuring proper address, instructions, keys, and equipment are on hand for each job.
• Perform property inspections, light carpentry, painting, trim work, light fixture replacements, lock changes, fence repair, debris cleanup, wall installations, and various residential repairs.
• Assist with loading elevators for move-ins and move-outs
• Complete fire safety inspections
• Use phone application to receive work orders, closeout orders with photos and comments, and track completion of maintenance tasks.
• Assign worked hours through HSPM timesheets and communicate maintenance work completion to Property Managers and Supervisors.
