We're looking for an ambitious self-starter who knows their stuff and loves what they do. You could be five - or fifteen - years into your career. What matters most is where you want to go. There's huge potential for advancement in this role and within the company.
A successful candidate will have the opportunity to build this role from the ground up, working hand in hand with Joe Geluch, founder and CEO.
We're looking for a Marketing & Communications Expert (intermediate to senior) to:
- Shape, manage, and direct the firm's marketing strategy and brand, including the launch of a refreshed identity in Spring 2023
- Achieve the highest levels of content and effectiveness across social, campaigns, events, digital, and PR
- Work hand in hand with Joe Geluch, founder and CEO, to drive Naikoon's growth
What you'll need to succeed:
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, PR or a related field
- Goal-oriented mindset and heaps of initiative
- Creative vision and big-picture business savvy
- An eye for detail and commitment to getting it right
- Superb organizational and communication skills
- Good humour and a strong team spirit
