Cohen Highley LLP is currently recruiting a Marketing and Business Development Manager.

The right candidate will be responsible for tasks in the following areas:

· Co-ordinating marketing efforts in alignment with strategic priorities of the firm and each practice group

· Development of individual marketing plans for licensees in conjunction with practice group leaders

· Managing digital marketing efforts and performance

· Assisting with speaking engagements, presentations and social media presence

· Co-ordinating firm and charitable events

· Working collaboratively to manage marketing budget

Qualifications:

· 3-7 years experience providing marketing and business development support in a professional, client-centred environment

· Strong personal presence internally and in the community (willing to travel throughout Southwestern Ontario)

· Excellent communication and project management skills

· Experience with social media and digital marketing

· A confident, innovative individual with a positive outlook

· Diploma in marketing or a related discipline

· Knowledge of website optimization and design is an asset

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

As a member of the Administrative Leadership Team, the Marketing and Business Development Manager will be able to create strong, positive professional relationships with staff and within the communities where we operate in throughout Southwestern Ontario. We are looking for a candidate who is people-oriented, motivated, and innovative, with the ability to achieve results. The candidate will have superb organizational and multi-tasking abilities with a strong attention to detail.
