Marketing Coordinator- Mars Wrigley Canada Job at Mars
This role will support the Brand Marketing team to ensure effective and efficient delivery of the team’s objectives. It will be responsible for coordinating, tracking and reporting of initiatives to ensure key learnings and insights are adopted where appropriate into future plans.
This role requires strong project management, action orientation, problem solving and attention to detail capability.

- 2+ years professional experience in marketing
- Good interpersonal skills and ability work with cross functional teams
- Advanced user of MS office
- Fluent in English, French an asset
- Experience in FMCG/CPG an asset
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Support the team where appropriate to deliver excellent execution of the brand marketing plan through timely and accurate provision of key tools and information.
- Lead data inputs and item set-up for commercialization. Support marketing and cross functional leads for new activity management workflow.
- Support the team in creating timely, effective sell-in materials to support the Activity Plan. Own mock-ups & pack shots and arrange samples when required for activity support.
- Maintain up-to-date pack images and product specs on the internal databases (i.e. Lighthouse) and external database (i.e. GS1, Nielsen & Salsify) according to the defined process. Ensure that the process is understood and communicated to all users on an ongoing basis.
- Own low complexity initiative workflows (product renovations, spec changes, etc) from beginning to end with the cross functional team
- Support the team on administrative tasks, such as PO set-up, managing translations, etc.
Knowledge & Experience
- Ability to manage multiple activities concurrently and demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to effectively develop and execute projects, ensuring key stakeholders are well informed and outcomes are effectively evaluated and key learnings are applied to future projects.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships, work cross-functionally as well as with external partners (suppliers / agencies).
- Demonstrated rigor in measuring and monitoring KPI’s and insights to identify opportunities and continuously improve processes.
- Good numeracy and analytical skills and experience of applying a wide range of analytics that drive insights.
- Able to respond and adapt to a fast moving, changing environment with a can do / solution based attitude.
- Previous experience in Sales and/or Marketing will be beneficial.
