We have an open position for a full time, permanent Member Service Advisor III (Lending & Investments) in the metro area.

As Member Service Advisor III you will efficiently process a variety of cash and non-cash transactions, provide administrative support, professionally demonstrate NLCU's core values, assist in the promotion and sale of NLCU products and services, all while adhering to our policies and procedures. You have the ability to establish and maintain strong employee and member relationships, work as a member of the branch team, and set a personal example of service and professionalism

To be successful in this role you are high-energy individual with related experience working in a financial institution who has a working knowledge of lending and investments. With sound decision making skills, you will use NLCU's needs-based sales culture to proactively identify members' financial needs through superior listening and communication. Through experience, you have demonstrated your abilities for business development, accuracy and attention to detail and problem solving.
