What will you do?

• 
  Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of the buildings’ mechanical equipment and systems
• Proactively monitor the overall performance of the buildings mechanical systems including but not limited to HVAC, pumps, fans, heaters, emergency power generators (mechanical system), blowers, Air-handling units, arc welding, and vibration control.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and provide recommendations for further resolution if issues persist
  
• Complete mechanical work and maintenance in accordance with code requirements and building standards
• Assist with general maintenance tasks which may include: cleaning, lubrication, startups and shutdowns, etc.
  
• Assist with completing preventative maintenance, in accordance with the Preventative Maintenance Program and documenting such as required
• Respond to service requests and emergencies

• Minimum of four (4) years operational experience in facility operations

• Proven experience in exercising good judgement under pressure
• Ability to read plans as applied to technical areas
• Ability to work independently or collaborate as part of a team
• Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
• Provide own hand tools
