The Role

The Operations Supervisor is a people first and customer centric person who is the key supporter to get our crews and equipment to site on time and safely. With a hands-on approach to serving our internal and external customers a keen eye for customer service is required.

Job Description:

· Must have excellent communication skills and great customer service practices with a focus on making external and internal customer life’s easier.

· Leads, coaches and trains drivers and labourers in the warehouse, fencing and toilet rental divisions.

· Strong time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and complete projects.

· Leads the inventory and coordination of equipment and equipment for the warehouse, yard, fencing and toilet rental divisions.

· Safety focus - Be a leader in safety coaching and compliance and assist in incident investigation.

· Field quality control checks

· Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to strengthen working relationships.

· Maintain working inventory and budgets for of all stocked parts and consumables.

· Storage and working areas are clean, well maintained and organized.

· Assist in the resolution of any arising customer service concerns.

· Assist Operations team and crews to meet the KPI's for the field and yard crews.

· Be cross trained so can act as relief driver when needed for route coverage or customer service concern resolution.

Work independently and have good decision making skills.

· Some administration and office work as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
