As a Field Sales Representative, you will be proactively selling TELUS Smart Home Security along with Optik TV and Fiber Internet to new customers. This is a role that includes direct sales, customer service and strategy. You don’t have to be an experienced sales expert – that is something we can teach you.

Job Responsibilities:

  • You will be interacting directly with consumers to best understand how to build value and customize the service to their individual needs.
  • You will create smart home solutions that protect and simplify customers’ lives.
  • You will be proactive in following up with customer referrals to increase your portfolio.
  • You will use the latest technology to assist with enhancing our customer engagement experience.
  • You will build rapport with customers while retaining product knowledge and closing sales in a field environment.

  • Must maintain perseverance through ups and downs of the sales cycle.
  • Experience interacting with customers in a competitive sales environment.
  • Previous sales industry experience is beneficial but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
