Packaging team member
Responsibilities
- Apply labels, UPC’s and care tags
- Apply upgrades (pots, accessories, sleeves)
- Pack product in boxes and trays
- Load pallets and carts
- Ensure all tasks are performed efficiently, timely and in order of priority
- Engage in frequent communication with team supervisor
- Moving plant materials
- Cleaning and organizing warehouse work area
Skills and Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment and meet department goals
- Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, and/or reach with body, arms and/or legs
- Repetitive tasks
- Must have your own transportation
- Understanding of English language (Verbally and in writing)
- Willing to work Overtime during peak season of 50 to 60 hours per week
- 2 years experience working in a forklift operating position.
Compensation
- Hourly wage of $15.50 - $18.00, reflective of your experience and skillset
- The potential for a year-end company performance bonus

Note: In this role, you will work a full-time schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00AM-5:30PM. It is understood that hours worked per week may vary depending on the week, the tasks at hand and the season. Hours per week will typically not be less than 40, and not exceed 50.

Salary: $15.50-$18.00 per hour
