Who We Are Looking For:

Part-Time Evening Commercial Cleaners (9-16 hours per week).

We are currently seeking people available to work 3-4 evenings per week (same shifts each week) and the occasional Saturday. *You must be able to work Friday.*

Part-Time Commercial Cleaners Are Responsible For:

• Collecting garbage/recycling and any loose trash
• Cleaning washrooms
• Sweeping and mopping flooring
• Vacuuming carpet
• Detail dusting
• Disinfecting work surfaces
• Cleaning glass, and
• Cleaning stairwells

Basic Qualifications:

• Availability to work evenings Monday to Friday, 3-4 days a week (set schedule) and can work 3-4 hours per night.
• Available and willing to work the occasional Saturday and join an on-call roster.
• A valid G-class driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• A cell phone with data.
• Not afraid of hard work.
• You take showing up on time, every time, seriously.
• Rock-solid attendance.
• You are dedicated and care about the work.
• Ability to work efficiently and respond quickly to changing priorities.
• Positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail is a must.
• Excellent communication skills - understand verbal and written English.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding role.
• Authorized to work in Canada.
• An original Criminal Record Check acceptable to iCleaners.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Highly organised and detail-oriented.
• Willing and able to learn new skills quickly.
• Have the ability to work and learn in high traffic areas.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Previous cleaning experience is not required (certainly a bonus!).

Schedule:

Our operating hours are 06:00 PM - 10:00 PM Monday through Friday; 10:00 AM - 02:00PM Saturdays.

Location:

Various commercial facilities in the Greater Hamilton area (Hamilton, Stoney Creek and Ancaster).

This is not a work from home position.

Hourly Rate:

$17.20/hr for regular shifts

$20/hr for weekday on-call shifts

$25/hr for Saturday on-call shifts
