Part-Time Order Desk - Customer Service Job at Burnbrae Farms

The Lyn Team has an opening for a Customer Service/Order Entry/Invoicing Clerk within a dynamic office environment reporting to the Plant Manager. This position will work as part of a team in providing order fulfilment, invoicing and customer service. An ideal candidate is someone who has strong computer skills, SAP experience, invoicing experience, excellent customer service skills and someone who is looking to advance within the department.

This role is responsible for the day-to-day completion of order routes for delivery and working with production and distribution to process or release shipments. You would also be responsible for reconciliation and confirmation of all completed deliveries, billing, credits, adjustments, electronic invoice exports, electronic archiving of invoices, and proof of deliveries.

Qualifications and Key Competencies:

· Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration or equivalent

· 2-3 years customer service

· 2-3 years billing experience including invoicing and credits

· 1-2 years of leadership skills would be considered an asset

· 1 year of finance related experience in AP/AR would be considered an asset

· Superior skills in the use of Microsoft applications specific to Excel using formulas and pivot tables

· Experience with SAP ERP system an asset

· Self-starter, with proven time-management skills

· Problem analysis and assessment

· Excellent communication, attention to detail, interpersonal, and organization skills

· Teamwork and collaboration

· Bilingualism an asset
